Mr. Ji Xinhua graduated from Tongji University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Automation and earned his Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Fudan University. He is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. (UCloud). Mr. Ji is an expert receiving the Special Government Allowance from the State Council and a Deputy to the 16th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress. He also holds several key social and industry leadership roles, including Executive Committee Member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Standing Vice President of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, and President of the Shanghai Information Security Industry Association.
