Fan Yuan, Chairman of DBAPPSecurity. Fan Yuan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University in the United States. He has engaged in technical research and development, as well as project management, for many years at an internationally renowned security company in Silicon Valley, USA. He has conducted in-depth research in areas such as AI security, trustworthy data space construction, online application security, database security, and auditing, accumulating profound professional expertise.
As the first Chinese to deliver a speech at the prestigious global information security conference BLACKHAT, Mr. Fan Yuan showcased China’s strength on the international information security stage and disseminated cutting-edge concepts with his outstanding professional capabilities. He has edited works such as Smart Cities and Information Security and Data Security and Privacy Computing, providing highly valuable theoretical guidance and practical references for the industry, and promoting the improvement and development of the knowledge system in related fields. He was invited to participate in the 2016 Cybersecurity and Informatization Work Symposium presided over by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
