Oliver Tan is Managing Director, APAC at Rezolve AI (Nasdaq: RZLV), where he leads and works with enterprises and partners on the adoption of agentic AI across commerce, payments and customer experience. He founded ViSenze from an AI research lab at the National University of Singapore and led the company from startup through its acquisition by Rezolve AI in 2025.

His practice today sits at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption, agentic systems, governance and transaction-grade provenance – particularly on how AI moves from recommendation to accountable actions. Oliver also serves on public boards and committees in intellectual property, AI standards and industry in Singapore; contributing regularly to industry work around responsible AI and technology standards. An AI practitioner-entrepreneur, he has authored over 40 thought-leadership contributions, on forums such as Forbes Technology Council, and speaks regularly on enterprise AI, agentic commerce and governed autonomy.
