SIX STAGES

DRIVING INNOVATION FORWARD

AI

AI has moved from model capability to production hell. This track focuses on where ROI actually hides (marketing, agents, security), why 80% of agent deployments fail, and how small teams can still compete. It bridges technical depth (edge SLMs, synthetic data) with business survival (cost centers to profit centers).

Future Mobility and Energy

The “battle for electricity” between AI and EVs is real. This track covers zero‑carbon parks, solid‑state batteries, eVTOL commercialization, map‑less autonomous driving, and V2G making EVs mobile energy hubs. It asks whether sensor redundancy is worth double the cost and whether the L4 bottleneck is algorithms or sensors.

Digital Infrastructure

Compute is the new oil, but raw GPU stacking is not enough. This track tackles national strategies for computing networks, quantum engineering from lab to nodes, data center decarbonization (PUE ≤1.1), and the emerging “compute bank” business model. It also covers next‑gen networking (800G/1.6T, LEO satellites, hollow‑core fiber) and the GPU vs. ASIC architecture war.

Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 is moving from “lights‑out factory” to “AI co‑pilot” to “AI pilot.” This track focuses on industrial AI’s next stop (LLM‑based understanding, predictive maintenance, PHM for zero downtime), digital twin + AR across the full lifecycle, and how precision/speed/scale collide with AI. It also asks who reshapes global supply chain trust.

Life Science and Health

AI is shortening pre‑clinical timelines, but regulatory and data bottlenecks remain. This track digs into generative AI for drug discovery, digital twin organs, wearable tech reaching medical‑grade, federated learning for cross‑institution data, and the shift from treatment to prevention. It also covers real‑world data (RWD) accelerating submissions and in‑vivo gene editing pathways.

Startup

90% of deep tech fails in the “valley of death.” This track addresses why — from lab to product translation, Web3 tokenomics as a funding model, cross‑border localization vs. EU/US compliance, and how to execute a reverse merger or asset package exit during a valuation slump. It also covers corporate VC (CVC) rise as dollar funds recede, and procurement strategies amid supply chain restructuring.
