Laurie Fuller is an investment partner and Google for Startups Mentor with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, startup scaling, and cross-border investment. A Stanford University graduate, she works at the intersection of AI, venture investment, and business growth by advising founders and executive teams on navigating the strategic, organizational, and technological dimensions of AI.
Having lived and worked in Hong Kong and Beijing, Laurie offers a rare on-the-ground perspective on the capital flows, talent ecosystems, and market dynamics shaping technology between China and the rest of the globe. During her work in China, she visited over 80% of all provinces. She also was a guest lecturer at Tsinghua University.

Raiven's Fund A has achieved a 1.31x TVPI, placing it in the top 10% of funds globally for the 2021 vintage year, based on a 2024 CARTA survey of over 1,800 North American venture capital firms. Building on that momentum, Raiven launched Fund B in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) which is a USD $125 million fund targeting early and growth-stage companies in AI, IoT, and distributed ledger technology across the GCC, Asia, and North and East Africa, connecting them to markets and capital in Europe and North America.
