Mr. Chen graduated with a bachelor's degree from the School of Software Engineering at Nanjing University in 2008.

After graduation, Mr. Chen joined Deloitte from the Nanjing branch and later transferred to the Shanghai headquarters, where he has been working ever since. With over 18 years of auditing experience, Mr. Chen possesses profound expertise in the fields of auditing and consulting services.

He is proficient in Chinese, U.S., and international accounting standards, specializing in providing audit and consulting services related to corporate listings, with particular expertise in the biotechnology and contract research, manufacturing, and operations (CRO/CDMO) industries.

From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Chen participated in Deloitte's Global Development Program and worked at Deloitte US for approximately two years.

Subsequently, Mr. Chen returned to Deloitte China, responsible for providing professional services related to capital markets in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and the United States.

Mr. Chen has led several large cross-border projects jointly serviced by multiple Deloitte member firms across regions including Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
