Yu Guoxin, Professor-level Senior Engineer, CTO of Haier New Energy and Head of Haier New Energy Research Institute, he is recognized as Senior Engineer of the Chinese Association of Refrigeration, and Leading Talent of Taishan Industry Pioneer Program of Shandong Province.

His main research areas include new energy, AI algorithms, and smart energy management, etc. He has led or participated in national key R&D program projects, won the 1st Prize of the State Grid Science and Technology Progress Award, led and participated in the formulation and revision of international standards, and holds more than 100 invention patents.
