Oliver has over 30 years of experience working within the information technology sector (including public service). He has delivered complex and large-scale projects in international markets and a variety of cultures. A self-starter who believes in creating something out of nothing, he is also a fond believer of technology augmenting human capability and extending potential. An important mission is simple: to connect technology to human values. Oliver is also Vice-President, Global Robot Clusters (GRC) and Vice-Chairman of the International Alliance of Robotic Associations (IARA). He is the Chairman of the IARA Centre for AI and Robotics Education Services and Member of Advisory Board, Responsible Technology Institute, University of Oxford.
