He oversees all aspects of the company's R&D and commercial strategy, and under his leadership, E-Town developed QureGenAI—the world's first quantum-AI-powered platform for innovative drug discovery. In 2025, he led the deployment and operational launch of Northwest China's first superconducting quantum computer, a milestone recognized by China's Ministry of Science and Technology.
