With twelve years of deep experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, he has held key positions at global top-tier multinational Eli Lilly and Company as well as at pioneering domestic innovative drug companies, building a solid foundation in R&D, technology transfer, and commercial execution. Leveraging his core technical expertise and forward-looking vision, he founded Hansin Biotech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., where he serves as General Manager, focusing on the development of novel LNP-based delivery technologies and innovative therapeutics. He has been successively recognized as a Suzhou Industrial Park Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent and a Suzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent. In 2024, he was named to the U45 Influential Young Leaders list at the China Biopharmaceutical Industry Chain Innovation Summit, establishing himself as a prominent and action-oriented founder in the biotech innovation space.
